Spicy Boondi

Spicy Boondi : Tiny spicy balls of fried gram flour (chickpea flour). Spicy Boondi are widely used for making Raita which is an add-on dish with lunch and dinner.

Spicy boondi or Tamil's Kara sev is widely used for stuffing pani puri, used as ingredient in Bhel and chat. It Can be used in preparing  spciy mixture, chivda. Use as evening snacks by pampering chat masala on it. Traditionaly people of malwa region used as with Murmure ( flattend rice ) and Sev.

Ingredients:  Flattened rice, peanuts, Indian spices and chilli powder
