    This is one delicious and easy chaat recipe which you can rustle up in few minutes. So easy to put together, but taste really spot on..

    Preparation Time : 20 mins
    Serves : 2
     
    Ingredients:

    Papdi - 10 to 12 
    Thick Curd / Yogurt - 1/2 cup
    Potatoes - 1 peeled, cubed and boiled
    Green Chutney as needed 
    Dates & Tamarind Chutney as needed
    Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely
    Tomatoes - 1 medium size chopped finely
    Coriander leaves as needed finely chopped
    Sev / Oma podi as needed for topping  
    Chat Masala Powder to taste
    Chilli Powder to taste
    Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder to taste

    Method:

    Take a serving plate, crush some papdi and place over it.

    Top with boiled potatoes and curd. Now top with onions, tomatoes, spice powders, coriander leaves, chutneys and sev.

    Serve immediately.

    Spoon that over


     

    Now take some chilli, jeera and chat masala powder


     

    sprinkle over the chaat


     

    now top the whole thing with sev


     

    and coriander leaves


     

    Serve immediately
